With reference to the earlier communication dated September 10, 2014 about Outcome of the AGM regarding Appointment of M/s. Ramanatham & Rao Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors.

Anjani Portland Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that from the date of the AGM on September 10, 2014 M/s. Ramanatham & Rao Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as Auditors to audit the books of the Company in place of M/s. M. Anandam & Co.
