DB Corp Q1 net profit down 31.42% at Rs 80.81 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 80.81 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 117.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.15 per cent at Rs 559.45 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 589.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.51 per cent to Rs 448.82 crore from Rs 425.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.23 per cent at Rs 27.75 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 26.37 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 32.73 per cent to Rs 110.63 crore as against Rs 164.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.09 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 12.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.52 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.25 per cent at Rs 26.76 crore (Jun'24 Rs 39.50 crore).
