Route Mobile, a leading global provider of cloud communication platform services, has announced a key leadership reshuffle. The company's Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Gautam Badalia from the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective July 17, 2025. Mr. Badalia stepped down citing personal reasons during the scheduled Board meeting on the same date.

Following his resignation, the Board has re-designated Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta as the new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gupta, the Founder and Managing Director of Route Mobile, has been instrumental in the company’s growth since its inception in 2004. He will continue to serve as Managing Director alongside his new role as CEO.

Speaking on his reappointment, Mr. Gupta said, “This is a transformative period for Route Mobile. I look forward to focusing on strong execution, operational excellence, and creating long-term value for our customers and stakeholders.”

In addition, Route Mobile has announced the appointment of Mr. Sammy Mamdani as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 17, 2025. Mr. Mamdani, who currently serves as Executive Vice President and Group Head – Global Operations, brings over 18 years of experience in operations and leadership. He has previously held senior positions at Protiviti (formerly Andersen Consulting), a Mumbai-based investment firm, and was COO at Cellent Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., which Route Mobile acquired in 2016. He holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida.

These leadership changes signal Route Mobile’s focus on operational efficiency and continued global growth.
