Atul Q1 net profit down 10.48% at Rs 97.74 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 97.74 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 109.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.04 per cent at Rs 1,304.56 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,207.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.76 per cent to Rs 1,142.58 crore from Rs 1,022.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 105.90 per cent at Rs 28.97 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 14.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.53 per cent to Rs 161.98 crore as against Rs 185.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.04 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 1.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.62 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.59 per cent at Rs 36.77 crore (Jun'24 Rs 38.54 crore).
