ABM Knowledgeware has declared 25% Final dividend for the financial year March 2025

ABM Knowledgeware Ltd. on Friday, 23 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 25 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 22 August 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 22 August 2025.

The last five dividends are 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 31 July 2024), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 02 August 2023), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 27 July 2022), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 04 August 2021) and 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 26 February 2020).
