JD Cables Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of the regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\Listing Regulations\), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of JD Cables Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th November, 2025 at 12:30 P.M., inter-alia, to transact the following:\r\n\r\n1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended as on September 30th, 2025. \r\n2. To Approve the draft Monitoring Agency Report given by CRISIL Ratings Limited ('the Monitoring Agency) for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, towards utilization of IPO proceeds raised by JD Cables Limited.\r\n3. Any other item\r\n\r\nFurther, in continuation to our earlier communication dated 26th September, 2025 regarding closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you that Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed till 16th November, 2025.\r\n
