The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. November 12, 2025 has (i) allotted 13752 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, and (ii) granted certain RSUs and PRSUs to the eligible employees of the Company under Employee Incentive Scheme 2014.
