Hero MotoCorp - Grant Of Restricted Stock Units (Rsus) / Performance Restricted Stock Units (Prsus) To Employees

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2025 has (i) allotted 13,752 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each, and (ii) granted certain RSUs and PRSUs to the eligible employees of the Company under the Employee Incentive Scheme 2014
