JD Cables - Board Meeting Outcome for Un-Audited Financial Results Of The Company Prepared For The Half Year Ended As On 30Th

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform you that:\r\n1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has inter alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company prepared for the half year ended as on 30th September 2025, together with the Limited Review Report of the Auditor's thereon. \r\n2. Pursuant to Regulation 41(2) of SEBI (lssue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ('SEBI ICDR Regulations'), the draft Monitoring Agency report dated 30th October, 2025 issued by CRISIL Ratings Limited, Monitoring Agency, as per Schedule XI of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018 towards utilization of proceeds of Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, was considered and approved by the Board.
