Easy Trip Planners posts Q2 net loss of Rs 40.88 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 40.88 crore compared to net profit of Rs 27.80 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.78 per cent at Rs 58.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.41 per cent to Rs 63.85 crore from Rs 70.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 83.33 per cent at Rs 10.78 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 5.88 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 117.56 per cent to Rs -5.76 crore as against Rs 32.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 131.22 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 43.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 189.07 per cent at Rs -8.88 crore (Sep'24 Rs 9.97 crore).
