K K Silk Mills Ltd. debuts with 15.78% discount at Rs 32.00

K K Silk Mills Ltd. makes a weak debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 32.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 15.78 per cent discount to its issue price of Rs 38.00.

The company, which raised 0.75 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 0 times, receiving bids for 0 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 75.00 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Nov 26 to Nov 28.

Following a weak opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 32.00 and a low of Rs 30.40, before closing the session up by 20.00 per cent to its listing price at Rs 30.40 on the BSE.
