Almondz Glob - Allotment of Equity Shares on Exercise of Stock Options

Almondz Global Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the compensation committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 13, 2010 has allotted 35000 equity shares under 'Almondz Global Securities Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007', to the grantee employee of the Company.

Further, consequent to the abovesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is increased from 25,321,767 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each amounting to Rs. 151,930,602/- to 25356767 equity share of Rs. 6/- each amounting to Rs. 152,140,602/-.
