Almondz Global Securities Ltd - AGM/Book Closure

Almondz Global Securities Limited has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2010 to September 28, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend of 7% (Rs. 0.42 per share) to the equity shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2009-2010, which was recommended by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 28, 2010, and Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 28, 2010.
