Au Small Finance Ban - Shareholder Meeting / Postal Ballot-Outcome of AGM

(IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual means. Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 51 of Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith, the summary of proceedings of the AGM.
