Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 3 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received all the requisite approvals for expansion of capacity at its Plant located at Ranjangaon, Maharashtra.
