Guj. Themis Bios Q2 net profit down 15.71% at Rs 10.57 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.57 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 12.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.43 per cent at Rs 34.72 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.33 per cent to Rs 19.33 crore from Rs 22.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 68.00 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 1.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.50 per cent to Rs 15.39 crore as against Rs 16.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.50 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 60.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.59 per cent at Rs 3.62 crore (Sep'23 Rs 4.34 crore).
