3P Land Holdings Q2 net profit up 20.00% at Rs 0.96 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.82 per cent at Rs 1.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 104.55 per cent to Rs 0.45 crore from Rs 0.22 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 18.35 per cent to Rs 1.29 crore as against Rs 1.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.03 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 18.52 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.27 crore).
