A2Z Infra Engineer posts Q2 net loss of Rs 22.96 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 22.96 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 8.43 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 48.37 per cent at Rs 10.15 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 44.56 per cent to Rs 12.64 crore from Rs 22.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 74.10 per cent at Rs 1.95 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 7.53 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.70 per cent to Rs -2.49 crore as against Rs -3.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.22 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 49.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 1122.22 per cent at Rs 1.10 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.09 crore).
