ABM Knowledgeware Q2 net profit up 11.18% at Rs 3.78 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.78 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.36 per cent at Rs 19.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.69 per cent to Rs 16.25 crore from Rs 16.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 51.72 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 1.45 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.92 per cent to Rs 2.83 crore as against Rs 3.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.78 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.26 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.94 crore).
