This is in relation to letter no. APL/SEC/42/2024-25/09 dated 9th November 2024, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on the same day had inter alia approved change in registered office of the Company within the local limits of the city at Mumbai to ''6A & 6B Shantinagar, Santacruz (East), Mumbai - 400 055, Maharashtra, India'' w.e.f. 1st December 2024.
