Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. - Intimation Regarding Signing Of SPA For Sale/Disposal Of Stake In Spvs (Defined Below) Of Ashoka Build

The Company announces the signing of securities purchase agreement with Epic Concesiones 2 Private limited for inter alia sale of entire share capital (including repayment /transfer of all shareholder loans) and management control of SPVs held by the Company and Ashoka Concessions Ltd. a subsidiary of the company for an aggregate consideration of Rs.2324 Crore.
