AKG Exim Q3 net profit down 76.67% at Rs 0.07 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 76.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.63 per cent at Rs 18.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.60 per cent to Rs 18.07 crore from Rs 19.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 65.75 per cent to Rs 0.25 crore as against Rs 0.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 61.54 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 16.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.12 crore).
