IHCL and HUL collaborate with head held high foundation for youth skill development

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) and Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) have partnered with the Head Held High Foundation to launch a skill development programme aimed at empowering youth in select communities through capacity building and training.

The initiative will feature a structured training programme designed to equip participants with foundational literacy and industry-specific hospitality skills, preparing them for careers in the service sector, the companies stated in a joint release.

Commenting on the partnership, IHCL Executive Vice President – Human Resources, Gaurav Pokhariyal, said, “Through this collaboration, we are enhancing our efforts to create impactful programmes that empower young individuals, equipping them for successful careers while addressing the growing talent demands of the hospitality industry. This initiative is in line with our commitment to skilling 1,00,000 individuals by 2030.”
