PNB Housing Finance Q4 net profit up 27.79% at Rs 567.11 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 567.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 443.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.73 per cent at Rs 2,029.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,800.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.49 per cent to Rs 125.26 crore from Rs 155.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 205.18 per cent at Rs 15.32 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 5.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.78 per cent to Rs 1,904.68 crore as against Rs 1,645.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.70 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 10.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,178.28 crore, while Taxation increased by 31.17 per cent at Rs 160.33 crore (Mar'24 Rs 122.23 crore).
