Reliance Inds. - Loss of Share Certificates

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ListingObligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the informationregarding loss of share certificate(s) for 12,212 (Twelve Thousand Two Hundred andTwelve) shares received from the shareholder(s) of the Company on April 22, 2024.
