GAIL (India) - Disclosure Of Event Or Information Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that GAIL Board at its meeting held on 20.12.2024 has accorded approval for formation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary of GAIL to operate as a Finance Company in International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (Gift City), Gujarat for undertaking Ship Leasing activities and/or Global/Regional Corporate Treasury Centres activities or any other permissible activities under the regulatory frameworks.
