Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (LODR) 2015, enclosed herewith the Annual Report for F.Y. 2022-23. Please note that Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited had been admitted to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process on 22nd October, 2018 by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, followed by Liquidation order issued against the Company on 18th January, 2022. Further, please note that Annual General Meeting (AGM) had not been held for the F.Y 2022-23.
