Colgate Palm. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Award_of_Order_Receipt_of_Order

We wish to clarify that officials of the Company were evaluating the impact and finalizing the course of action before submitting the same to the Exchange which resulted in delay in filing the order. Also, since the amount of penalty was less than Rs. 1,00,000, as per SEBI Listing Regulations the same was voluntarily filed by the Company.
