Aris International - Board Meeting Outcome for Held On 3Rd April, 2025

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you on the basis of the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has, subject to the approval of the members of the Company, appointed Mrs. Baljeet Kaur (DIN: 08430395), as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for a period of five (5) years with effect from 3rd April, 2025. She is currently serving as the Director of the Company in the Executive Category till date.\r\n\r\nPlease note that Mr. Nitin Kumar Bhalotia (DIN: 02067326) is already serving as the Managing Director of the Company.
