Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we would like to inform you that, in addition to the BSE Limited and the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited, the entire 1,71,29,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure Limited shall be listed and traded on main board of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited effective from April 17, 2025 vide NSE letters/circulars dated April 15, 2025
