Repco Home Finance L - Board Meeting Intimation for Audited Financial Results, Dividend, Fund Raising

Repco Home Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve *Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025. \r\n*recommend dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2024-25.\r\n*proposal for raising of funds by issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) and Commercial Paper (CP) on private placement, in terms of Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
