Jonjua Air Ltd board approves 1:10 bonus share issue

The Board of Directors of Jonjua Air Limited has approved the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:10—meaning shareholders will receive 1 bonus share for every 10 equity shares held, each with a face value of Rs 10. This decision is subject to the approval of shareholders and relevant regulatory authorities.

The Board comprises Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua (Retd.), Managing Director, and Mr. Harmanpreet Singh Jonjua, Director. Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy (51H) and the College of Military Engineering, who took premature retirement in 1990 due to being placed in a permanent low medical category.

Mr. Harmanpreet Singh Jonjua is a qualified Company Secretary and Corporate Lawyer.
