Meta Infotech Ltd. debuts with 39.75% premium at Rs 225.00

Meta Infotech Ltd. makes a strong debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 225.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 39.75 per cent premium to its issue price of Rs 161.00.

The company, which raised 0.50 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 156.06 times, receiving bids for 7,771.79 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 49.80 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Jul 04 to Jul 08.

Following a strong opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 236.25 and a low of Rs 225.00, before closing the session up by 46.73 per cent to its listing price at Rs 236.25 on the BSE.

The company anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for .
