CFF Fluid Control - Board Meeting Outcome for Issue Of Equity Shares Of Face Value Of Rs. 10 Each Fully Paid Up Of CFF Fluid

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the approval accorded by the board of directors of the Company (the 'BoardT), at its meeting held on.September 05, 2024 and the special resolution passed on September 30, 2024 by the members of the Company, the FPO Committee of the Board ('FPO Committee') has, at its meeting held yesterday i.e. July 14, 2025, approved the following:\r\nFPO: Allotment of 15,00,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- cach at the Offer price of Rs. 585/- per Equity. Share (including a premium of Rs. 575 per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 87,75,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty Seven Crore Seventy Five Lakh only) pursuant to the Offer in accordance with provisions of SEBI ICDR Regulations.
