Valiant Laboratories - Rights Issue

Valiant Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that the Rights Issue Committee of the Company at its meeting held on July 15, 2025, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 1 : 4, i.e 1 Equity Shares for every 4 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is 75 per share.
