HDFC AMC Q1 net profit up 23.83% at Rs 747.92 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 747.92 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 603.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.83 per cent at Rs 967.76 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 775.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.64 per cent to Rs 194.08 crore from Rs 180.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 34.42 per cent at Rs 232.68 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 173.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.05 per cent to Rs 773.68 crore as against Rs 594.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.18 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 32.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 60.37 per cent at Rs 238.13 crore (Jun'24 Rs 148.49 crore).
