Mahindra Logistics L - Rights Issue

Mahindra Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 17, 2025, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 27049301 : 72131470, i.e 27049301 Equity Shares for every 72131470 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is 277 per share.
