Mahindra EPC Irrigat - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Mr. Rajeev Goyal (DIN: 03139184) is appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Non- Independent Director of the Company with effect from 19th July 2025. The proposed director shall hold office up to the date of receipt of shareholders' approval by process which shall not be later than 3 months from the date of appointment
