IndiaMART InterMESH Q1 net profit up 33.87% at Rs 166.00 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 166.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 124.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.83 per cent at Rs 346.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 315.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.87 per cent to Rs 211.60 crore from Rs 198.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.80 per cent at Rs 84.40 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 50.60 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.83 per cent to Rs 134.70 crore as against Rs 117.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 27.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 29.79 per cent at Rs 48.80 crore (Jun'24 Rs 37.60 crore).
