PNB Housing Finance Limited has announced that its Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Girish Kousgi, will be stepping down from his role effective October 28, 2025, to pursue career opportunities outside the organization. During this transition period, Mr. Kousgi will work closely with the Board and senior management to ensure a seamless handover.
The company reiterated that its strategic direction, business priorities, and growth momentum remain firmly on track, supported by the solid foundation established under Mr. Kousgi’s leadership. The Board expressed full confidence in the strength and capability of its high-performing team, which has been central to delivering consistent performance, and is well-positioned to continue driving robust growth, maintaining asset quality, and sustaining healthy margins.
In line with past practices of appointing experienced professionals from the industry, the Board will immediately initiate the search for a successor with a strong track record and deep industry knowledge.
Mr. R. Chandrasekaran, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors, said,
