DLF Q1 net profit zooms 962.27% at Rs 40.26 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.26 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 962.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.42 per cent at Rs 467.82 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 405.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.77 per cent to Rs 482.07 crore from Rs 495.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.03 per cent at Rs 142.20 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 197.59 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 84.25 per cent to Rs -14.25 crore as against Rs -90.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 86.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 25.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 63.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 1175.00 per cent at Rs 9.18 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.72 crore).
