Cipla - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

In compliance with regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administration Committee of the Company on 13th February, 2025 has allotted 901 equity shares of INR 2/- each pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company
