Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 there is no deviation or variation in the utilisation of issue proceeds raised through initial public offer of the Company from the objects stated in the prospectus. The proceeds have been utilised in line with the objects of the issue.
