Asston Pharmaceuticals Ltd. debuts with 3.25% discount at Rs 119.00

Asston Pharmaceuticals Ltd. makes a weak debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 119.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 3.25 per cent discount to its issue price of Rs 123.00.

The company, which raised 0.22 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 172.30 times, receiving bids for 3,861.24 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 22.41 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Jul 09 to Jul 11.

Following a weak opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 124.95 and a low of Rs 113.05, before closing the session up by 1.58 per cent to its listing price at Rs 124.95 on the BSE.

The company anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for .
