Aakash Exploration Q1 net profit down 55.00% at Rs 0.54 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.27 per cent at Rs 23.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.46 per cent to Rs 20.97 crore from Rs 22.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 45.28 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.53 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.77 per cent to Rs 2.88 crore as against Rs 3.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.07 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 7.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.42 crore).
