Panache Digilife Q1 net profit zooms 772.73% at Rs 0.96 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 772.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 151.62 per cent at Rs 29.54 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 158.20 per cent to Rs 27.55 crore from Rs 10.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 85.98 per cent to Rs 1.99 crore as against Rs 1.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.29 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 27.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 900.00 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
