Pritika Engineering Q1 net profit jumps 71.57% at Rs 1.75 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 71.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.31 per cent at Rs 32.20 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 46.30 per cent to Rs 27.71 crore from Rs 18.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 35.71 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.32 per cent to Rs 4.50 crore as against Rs 3.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.12 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 0.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 87.10 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.31 crore).
