Sub: Notice of Book Closure and Cut off date for e-voting Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that i) The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, the 10th September, 2025 to Tuesday, the 16th September, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, the 16th September, 2025. ii) The company has fixed Tuesday, the 9th September, 2025 as the Cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting for AGM of the company. The e-voting will commence on Saturday, the 13th September, 2025 at 9.00 a.m. and close on Monday, the 15th September, 2025 at 5.00 p.m. for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, the 16th September, 2025.
