Sayaji Industries posts Q1 net loss of Rs 3.68 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 3.68 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 4.51 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.54 per cent at Rs 248.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 258.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.09 per cent to Rs 246.69 crore from Rs 257.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 259.42 per cent at Rs 2.48 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.69 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 169.14 per cent to Rs 2.18 crore as against Rs 0.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 175.00 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 38.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.63 per cent at Rs -1.81 crore (Jun'24 Rs -2.37 crore).
