Unison Metals Q1 net profit down 36.11% at Rs 0.23 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 160.82 per cent at Rs 74.15 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 169.16 per cent to Rs 72.27 crore from Rs 26.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.75 per cent to Rs 1.88 crore as against Rs 1.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 54.25 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 1340.00 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
